I have seen very few truly wireless earbuds under $50 that offer all the features along with great sound quality and decent ANC and I can say that soundcore life A3i is one of them.
The sound quality for the given price tag is awesome. I don't say Soundcore Life A3i has Sony or Bose level noise cancelling, but for the given price it's awesome. Life A3i can be your workout buddy with its IPX5 build and ergonomic fit.
Some users complained about its loose fit but I feel no issue with it's fit. I am pretty impressed with the design and sound quality of Soundcore Life A3i and I would love to suggest these if you are searching a value for the money audio gears.
For me, wireless charging isn't a big issue but if you are a fan of wireless charging these aren't for you. overall, I would rate soundcore life A3i 9 out of 10
How is the Design and Build Quality of anker soundcore A3i?
First, let me clarify that Soundcore Life A3i and Life dot 3i are the same with different names only. Life A3i is Comfortable and fits well. To get better isolation you must fit them correctly.
The instruction manual comes in the package and gives a pictorial description of how to wear them. I am pretty impressed with the design of Life A3i. It has buttons to operate which are at the edge of the buds.
I mean you don't need to worry about accidentally clicking or touching any buttons. Soundcore Life A3i is available in white and Black colors. Both colors look cool. Life A3i is IPX5 rated which means they are perfect workout buds.
Not just with water and Sweat-resistant body but with the perfect fit they stay in your ear canal no matter if you jump or run. Package A3i comes with the USB C charging case because it doesn't has a wireless charging feature which many may dislike.
Even cheaper Buds than A3i offer wireless charging so this is slightly disappointing. The charging port is at the bottom of the charging case. The charging case is portable and looks good. I could easily keep them in my pocket.
Dedicated App not only allows you to change EQ settings but also you can edit controls. For example, if playing the next song need a double click to the left bud's button but you want this control on the right bud, you can do it with the soundcore app.
What that mean is they are damn serious to make Soundcore Life A3i user-friendly buds. Very few Audio gears with this price tag offer this feature. Overall it's a great design and build. responsive button control, ergonomic design, great comfort, and perfect fit and seal against the noise. I would give 9 out of 10 for the design and build of Anker Soundcore Life A3i.

How is the Sound Performance of anker soundcore A3i?
As I said, the Sound quality is superb, considering the price. A deep, punchy bass, balanced mids, and bright treble take the listening experience to the next level. The most impressive part is its soundstage.
I am surprised how could Soundcore Life 3i gives such a deep and massive soundstage. I couldn't believe it was a $50 audio gear after testing its sound. We have some true wireless earbuds like oneplus Buds Z that also costs $50, but honestly, Soundcore Life 3i is miles ahead of oneplus buds z and other rivals. Life 3i is significantly loud. with the 10mm drivers, it generates powerful and loud sounds. I listened mostly at 60% volume and I found they are louder than many tozo earbuds I tested. I would rate 9 out of 10 for the sound quality.Soundcore App
Let's talk about the soundcore dedicated app. When you open the app, it shows how much battery is left in both earbuds. You can turn the ANC mode on and off, activate the transparency mode, and keep the normal mode.
You get the basic adjustment features of the ANC and it's more than enough for many. You can also change the EQ settings with the app. The app has 21 inbuilt EQ presets which gives freedom to adjust the EQ as per your need. You can also custom and save the new EQ preset which is quite convenient.
You can also customise the button controls. I am pretty happy with the App. and it's compatible with android and IOS.
ANC
If you Ask me about its ANC, I would say fantastic for the given price. It eliminates the noise like engines, Air conditioners and the noises with mid and low frequencies. They aren't much effective against sudden noises but overall they are fantastic in this department. I am satisfied with these.
Call quality
Soundcore Life A3i has four microphones with custom AI algorithms. Not only on paper but also works well in reality. It has Decent call quality. I tested them at home, in a crowded place. before testing Life A3i I wasn't sure about its call quality but the person on call tested them Ok.
How is the Connectivity of anker soundcore A3i?
Life A3i works fine with Bluetooth 5.2. I didn't find any connectivity issues with them. While watching YouTube videos I found them ok with no latency. but if you are using these for gaming, you may feel a little disappointed. I suggest they ok for watching videos but found a latency issue while playing a game. This may not be true for all games but I told what I found.
How is the Charging and Battery performance of anker soundcore A3i?
Makers of Soundcore Life A3i claimed to have 9 hours of battery life on a single charge and 36 hours with the charging case. I tested them on a 60% volume. They could survive up to 5.30 hours with the ANC on and 8 hours with the ANC off.
It means Soundcore Life A3i has a decent battery life. 10 minutes of fast charging gives 2 hours of battery life which is very useful when you are in a rush to go somewhere. Unfortunately, I didn't get wireless charging with Life A3i which was no big issue for me. I would rate Soundcore Life A3i 8 out of 10 for the battery performance.
